At Rose & Fitzgerald, our goal is to package your order with precision and care, and as quickly as possible! Our packaging team is working hard to fulfill all incoming orders while also following all health and safety protocols. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and packaged.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Rose & Fitzgerald offers competitive shipping rates to any destination within the United States via UPS.

Need something in a hurry? No problem. We offer express air delivery options via UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Next Day Air.

All shipping options along with shipping quotes will be displayed on the checkout page once the delivery address has been fully submitted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you need your goods shipped to a destination outside of the United States, international shipping costs will automatically populate at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. Orders will ship via DHL Express. Please note that any additional import duties are your responsibility. In addition, orders shipped to international destinations other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns or exchanges.

RETURNS

We will accept the return of any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to our warehouse. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when making a return. Please note that we cannot accept returns that were purchased from any other retailer.  Please note that return shipping is non-refundable. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment for all purchases. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return. Please note that it can take 2-3 weeks to see the refund credit your account, depending on your bank and the form of payment used.

EXCHANGES

If you’d like to exchange your item for another size or color of the same style and price, please return goods in the original packaging. At this time, we cannot exchange across styles. Customers are responsible for shipping exchanges back to our warehouse, but there is no additional cost for shipping the new item from our warehouse back to the customer. We are not responsible for items lost in transit when making an exchange. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges that were purchased from any other retailer.

Exchanges take 1-2 business days for processing plus shipping. You will receive an email confirmation regarding your exchange as well as a tracking number. We recommend checking our website before requesting an exchange to make sure the product you’d like is in stock, as we cannot guarantee that it will be.

DAMAGES & DEFECTS

Although our packaging is top-notch, sometimes damages during transit are unavoidable. If you receive a damaged product, please email us at customerservice@roseandfitzgerald.com right away, and be sure to include a photo.

All of our products are 100% handmade, one at a time, using natural materials. It is therefore impossible to produce identical products even though professionals craft them. We believe that the natural imperfections and blemishes are what make our products charming and unique, and we hope you do too! However, if any of these issues are not within a handmade variance or your product doesn’t function correctly, please let us know right away.

Whether your product is damaged or defective, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label and either replace the product or process a full refund right away. We’ll make it right!
